With the Real Time Communications Client for Google Apps, you can make and receive phone calls and video messages through your computer.
The application allows you to access your hosted business line through a simple point and click interface, regardless of your location. The client has been optimized for both desktop and mobile devices and is compatible with Google Apps.
When you access the client, you will be greeted with a screen that shows your business line and the name of the person who is calling or sending a message. You will also be able to see your recent correspondence with the caller.
You can make calls and send messages through the application and you will be able to see the contents of your inbox in a separate panel.
When you receive a call, the application will automatically detect the device you are using and it will connect to the caller’s line.
To make a call or send a message, you need to click on the appropriate button and enter the relevant information.
